Always Wear Your Leash
Whenever you go surfing always bring a leash, no excuses whatsoever because you can get yourself into a lot of trouble if you miss a duck dive or something else that can be down easily. Its happened to me before whenever I think I don’t need to wear it, I know its annoying, but its like wearing your seat belt in a car. Its worth the price unless you want to have the chance of drowning.
Not that you can also drown, if you jump of a wave or your board gets took away in white water you have to go swim after it and this means extra hassle, plus who wants to waste their time swimming when they could be surfing?
